The national standard for safety signs and information symbols for recreational vehicles, organized and formulated by the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standards Commission), officially came into effect on March 1st. This standard specifies the safety signs and information symbols equipped on recreational vehicles (commonly known as RVs), clarifies the technical requirements for the shape, color, size, layout, and other aspects of various signs and symbols, covering multiple aspects such as driving safety, daily living, and fire-fighting facilities. According to standard requirements, recreational vehicles are required to post prominent warning signs in key areas, such as placing a "No Sleeping While Driving" sign next to the bed and a "Do Not Bathe While Driving" sign at the entrance of the bathroom. Industry insiders say that the implementation of this standard will help improve the safety and convenience of driving and using recreational vehicles, which is of great significance for enhancing the quality of recreational vehicle products and supporting the high-quality development of the industry.
